Juergen Partridge Limited is a highly creative landscape architectural firm. They requested a sign that reflects their creativity while still conveying the basics of a sign. This sign takes a strong visual cue from artwork. I treated the backdrop and the sign that hangs in the middle as framed artworks. The smaller images to the right are combinations of CG and real images, they are field tests where the sign was evaluated for visibility of form, size and colour (not shown). White was decided as the main body colour as it was deemed best balanced in vibrance and visual harmony with the local environment. |
